		<content type="html"><![CDATA[I'd definately recommend calcium supplements before any stronger drugs. I think many people aren't taking appropriate calcium supplements with these bone building drugs. It's easier to take Fosamax once a week than calcium 3-4 times a day. You can't make bones without the building blocks!<BR> <BR>Also, don't forget Vitamin D, which will help with calcium absorption. Vitamin D supplementation of 400-1,000 IU per day works with calcium to build strong bones.]]></content>
